3. How to Submit a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized representative thereof, and wish to request that access to your content be disabled on SnapTik.lt, please submit a written notification containing the following mandatory elements:

6. Counter-Notification Procedure
If a content uploader believes that their material was blocked as a result of mistake or misidentification, they may submit a formal counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) containing their physical/electronic signature, identification of the material that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to jurisdiction.
